Thereafter some enthusiastic citizens of Bargarh township planned to commence the First-ever +3 (Degree) co-education College in its municipality area. This long-cherished dream came true when Trust Fund Degree College got permission to begin its First Session i.e. 1998-1999 by means of admitting students to Science and Arts streams.
